Cooks Custom Cabinets

Can’t seem to communicate with customers. Evidently they’ve gone out of business.

if anyone would like to see the work that cooks cabinets does you may contact me at 901 four zero 97483. they will not return your phone calls if you have problems you are SOL they did a bad job of installing the countertops joints and seams do not line up and can't get them to make the repair I would give them zero Stars for customer service and quality control.

first time using them was good. however, after a couple of years the finish on my kitchen cabinets starting wearing off where the pull handles were. the 2nd time we had them do some office cabinets (painted, not stained). what was approx. 6wks time line turned to about 8 months before they were ready. numerous excuses for the delay. the cabinets were supposed to have locks, but they didn't. the cabinets themselves are beautiful, much better than my stained kitchen cabinets. they said they would come back and add the locks. asked them to touch up the finish on my kitchen cabinets while they were here. they used furniture markers that didn't match the stain. it looks worse. numerous calls again to try and get them to come back and install the locks with no luck. I have given up on them, even though I paid for locks to be included, which was on my original receipt. nice people but they don't know how to treat their clients. I would not recommend this company.
