My husband and I have been seeing Dr. Craig and Jennifer(NP) for years. We have never had the first complaint. We are always treated well by the staff. Dr. Craig and/or Jennifer have always spent an adequate amount of time with us - listening to what we need to say and never rushing. Our paperwork has never been anything but perfect. Lastly, we have always been able to make an appointmen. In short, we LOVE our Doctor!!

I switched to Methodist Medical Group / Brighton Family Medicine based on the recommendations of several friends. They all knew how many problems I'd had with my last doctor (and his staff), so I was cautiously optimistic when I called them for my first appointment. I wanted to see the doctor first (vice a nurse practitioner) to establish a doctor-patient relationship at the new location, so I couldn't get in right away because I was a new patient.
