Atc Fitness is a friendly and clean gym that offers a welcoming environment for all members. The staff is known for being helpful and attentive, ensuring that the space is well-maintained and equipment is in good order. While the gym has a variety of machines, including treadmills, ellipticals, bench presses, and muscle isolation machines, it is noted that high school students often visit after 3 PM, sometimes disrupting the flow of workouts. Safety is a priority, with an off-duty officer present during gym hours. Although the facility lacks classes and childcare options, which some members miss, it remains a popular spot for fitness enthusiasts in the small town. Overall, Atc Fitness provides a safe and supportive atmosphere for individuals looking to stay active.
Very clean and friendly gym.Staff always cleaning and checking out the floor and equipment to make sure everything is in good order.During the school season; high schoolers tend to trickle in after 3PM. You can tell they are kids because they will do one set then talk to their friends and be on there phone for 20 minutes lol. They tend to not re-rack the plates or put them in the right area.There is usually a highway patrol car there and an off duty officer working out there for a few hours so you know it's a safe space/area.Lots of treadmills, elliptical machine, bench press, leg machines, muscle isolation machines, standard gym machines and equipment.
It would be nice to have classes, and childcare the way it was before Covid in the fitness industry. There are many grandparents ( and parents) who would work out if they had that benefit. I miss the comraderie of group classes, and I was able yo work out more. Unfortunately, our facility is too small to accommodate this type of situation. And to move further out to accommodate such a situation would dissuade many patrons.
This was a great facility n a small town Very clean restrooms efficient friendly staff lots of equipment to choose from that is well maintained Tanning beds were good quality with all bulbs in good order
