Watson`s helped us with our kitchen and downstairs in our last house. Now that we have moved, I wouldn't work with anyone else. I agree with others who said their customer service and attention to detail is excellent.

I highly recommend Justin Tinker at Watson Floor Gallery! He did the flooring on our basement build out and knew how to smooth the concrete floor before installing the flooring. Oversaw it all. There was an indentation from a dropped tool and Justin took care of that immediately! So now we just replaced all the carpet in our house with Justin! Awesome experience again!! Also had him do do our staircase runner and about to have him do a runner in another house and refinishing portions of our hardwood after the holidays. Justin is the best. I will follow him wherever he goes! Thank you, Justin!!

I am one of those crazy, nit picky people that sees things most people don't and I am completely ecstatic about my new floor. We worked with Justin... who I can not praise enough for his help. His attention to detail is amazing. A true professional from start to finish. I can't recommend highly enough!!!
