We could not have had a better experience with Turnberry! This was our first time building a house, and quite honestly, everyone we knew said to expect delays and change orders galore. That couldn’t have been further from the case. From start to finish, the entire team was professional, organized and very helpful in walking us through every step of the way. They actually completed our house ahead of schedule and it turned out way better than we imagined. We are so grateful for everyone at Turnberry and cannot say enough positive things about this builder!!

We recently closed on our newly constructed Turnberry home in Raintree Forest Reserve and our experience throughout the build was excellent. Our design and custom selection process was very thorough and construction was completed on schedule. Curtis and Jim provided a detailed final walk through and we had very few items that needed to be addressed. This is our 4th new construction home (2nd Turnberry) and believe the overall build quality is very good. We love the new home and are glad to be moved in and finally unpacked!
