Ali listened to my concerns, asked great questions and then went above and beyond my expectations to give me the best experience I've had in a beauty salon EVER. My hair is absolutely glorious! She is kind, caring and an exceptional artist. The atmosphere in the shop is cozy, charming and fun and the product lines they use are absolutely luxury level, none of the cheap stuff that damages your hair. Cleo, the shop dog is a welcoming and gracious host to all who walk through the door..

My hair was bleached, dyed and fried. I walked in with 3 different colors of blonde (very clown like). And I left with a beautiful shade of platinum with my hair in better condition than before. Aly worked her magic on me and I am eternally grateful.
