We're a small business with multiple offices in states throughout the southeast and we have been working with David Hardy and TeamLogic IT for just over a year now (since 2021) and they have been fantastic. They are very responsive to any question or problem we encounter, always knowledgeable regarding any issue we have thrown at them, and proactive in identifying and addressing potential issues or efficiencies that we were not even aware of. We could not be happier with the IT services, support, and guidance we receive from Team Logic IT of Brentwood. For the first time in a LONG time, I feel like we have a trusted partner in our third-party IT provider. David Hardy and his team help me, as a Sr VP, sleep easier at night knowing our small business is in good hands and that they have our best interest in mind at all times. Emailed TeamLogic and received a response call back in minutes! They spent a great deal of time over the phone working through several issues on my computer. They were responsive, explained what they were doing and what needed to be done, and sorted out my system. I would definitely recommend them for computer help!
