“Dr. McNeely and her staff are friendly and efficient. Pleasant experience from the first phone call, to walking out the door. Dr. McNeely is detailed and really cares about her patients. I left a message for an appointment and was called back at a timely manner. I understand this is a small office and sometimes one person is running the front desk and pretesting. This takes a lot of talent and multitasking!In reference to another review, I understand in the state of Tennessee, by law, Optometrists are to write a contact lens prescription to expire after a year and glasses can be 1-2 years. I personally would prefer a doctor who cares about my eye health since contact lenses are technically a medical device and can be dangerous if they don’t fit properly. Eyes can’t be replaced.“
