“I spent 3 hours focusing on wellness at Restore Brentwood and was truly impressed by the entire experience—from the moment I booked my sessions to the time I checked out. The staff was incredibly friendly, professional, and knowledgeable, making the entire visit feel welcoming and seamless.

My day began with Red Light Therapy, where I relaxed under healing lights for 10 minutes. This treatment is known to support skin health, reduce inflammation, and boost collagen production. Next, I headed into the sauna where I spent about 30 minutes sweating out toxins. I highly recommend bringing at least two bottles of water to stay hydrated. The convenience of an in-room shower made it easy to rinse off immediately after the session.

After the sauna, I received an IV drip infused with a B complex to help boost energy and mood, as well as Proline—an amino acid essential for collagen production and joint support. While the IV did its work, I relaxed with compression therapy boots, which promote circulation and help flush out excess fluids and waste from the muscles.

To top off an already incredible day, I ended with cryotherapy. Equipped with socks, slippers, and gloves, I stepped into a chamber chilled to -150º for three invigorating minutes. Leslie, who guided me through the process, was amazing—she monitored my body temperature, talked me through what to expect, and helped keep me calm and comfortable.
