As always everyone and everything was great. Everyone is very nice and very knowledgeable about their job. Can’t say I look forward to my appointments but once I get there they make you feel right at home. They are all always great.
Thank you, it was like going into a Hilton! My 1st infusion in fla. Motel 6 .. Thank you bio-gen. They understand small veins need small needles. CASEY was so kind with a heating pad.
The entire staff from the Director Frank to the technicians are kind, caring, friendly and efficient. I actually look forward to seeing the staff each month when I get my infusion. I don’t feel this experience is transactional but an experience I go through with caring friends.A secondary benefit is the infusion rooms. The room is new, clean and comfortable. The lights dim, there is a tv that you control and the staff will gladly get you a drink or snack. My last experience prior to here was in a room with all the chairs in a circle. It was not private nor did I feel I was given dignity.I would rate this service a 10 out of 10 all things considered.
