“We had exceptional service from Bryan and his team! We completely remodeled an upstairs bathroom and it turned out beautifully. They gave us a daily task document so we would know what was being done and who was coming each day. The contractor, Don, was also awesome. He made sure they completely cleaned up in the afternoon and was there first thing in the morning to put drop cloths down so nothing was tracked thru the house. He was meticulous in all the work he did. Victoria, the designer, brought in different materials to look at, so making choices was so easy. Even more, I appreciate the owner’s (Will Joyce) gift for design and knowing what is a perfect fit for a customer’s lifestyle. Will helped us choose three pieces of furniture (a wingback chair and two couches—one with a chaise) for our new family room. He knew we wanted styles and fabrics that were durable and could withstand lots of pet traffic while also being super comfy and provide ample seating for guests. We are so happy with the choices he helped us make as we got everything we wanted and more! “Love this shop- my family lives in Franklin and has gotten me presents here which I have loved and cherished over the years and was finally able to visit in person. Excellent selection of candles, gifts, picture frames, decor, kitchen items, matches (love those long boxed matches), and lots of gift items. Not to mention beautiful pillows and interior decor like mirrors and lamps. In addition to all of this they have clothing (women's).Wonderful collection and excellent customer service! “It would be hard to imagine a more professional company than Great Looks. When I first called Nathan, my call was returned in 15 minutes. He answered all my questions. As this was a new house under construction, I kept him in the loop as to the progress. When we were able to let him take measurements, he was on time and very efficient. He estimated a delivery date but actually brought them in over 2 weeks ahead of his original timeframe. Installation of 17 windows took slightly over 5 hours - how he did it that fast I'll never know. The shutters looks great, are of top quality and have added so much to our new home. Nathan Brampton and Great Looks are a tremendous company that you would do well to chose if you are considering plantation shutters in your home.“
