Horrible response times in regards to working with THDA Rent Relief funds. Applied 3 months ago and barely getting any questions/assistance answered. Emailed, called Horne, emailed/called THDA, messaged THDA directly on FB, etc. And after doing that for weeks, I get a canned response from a horne rep today that didn't answer a single question.This company is the reason so many TN residents have not gotten the aid they need. Go look at the THDA agency google reviews if you'd like to see how Horne "Helps".
