“Arriving home following the 3/3/23 significant windstorm, I saw a corner downspout laying next to the house in a tangled mess. Figuring people all over town were in similar (or worse) situations given the storm's severity, I thought it would be weeks before I could get a repair.I was wrong. From my initial contact with the young lady who immediately responded to my message, to the guys (Chris and Jake) who replaced the downspout THE NEXT MORNING (!!!) the experience was great. The two fellows even found a section of brick that I never would have noticed was in real need of repointing.I highly recommend these folks.UPDATE:Had the company back today to install gutter guards on a newly built structure on the property. They arrived on schedule, were professional and quickly finished the job. Many thanks to Cameron and Jacob who did great work. Five stars all around.“

“Scott and his crew were very professional and worked hard all day. When they left, (except for the new roof) you could not tell they were even here. Not a piece of roofing material or trash laying anywhere in the yard —- AND NO NAILS AND TACKS IN THE DRIVEWAY OR IN THE YARD. I’ve never had a roof replaced but what I picked up nails and tacks for weeks afterwards. I have yet to find one left from Scott’s crew. I highly recommend Gutterman of TN.“

“Dawson stopped by to offer a roof inspection and due to the fact we know a new roof will be in a not too distant future I had him take a look. He did a video to show some damaged areas but assured us it was basically from just age and not a concern yet. He offered to check back annually and/or more frequently if a weather event makes it a good idea for another inspection. He was very personable and answered all my questions at this time and we will definitely keep his contact info. I also like that he lives nearby and this branch of the company is also based locally in Nashville.“

“Professional Roofers installed a new roof approximately 2.5 years ago and did a great job. They were professional and did a good job cleaning up afterwards. I had a leak this year from snow that was pack on the roof around the chimney and they came right out and fixed it for nothing as the roof was still under warranty. I haven’t had a problem since. “Excellent experience with Jewell Roofing. Had several estimates. Rob presented a fair price which included all work, no "but ifs". He work in the parameters of the insurance estimates. He even got unforseen structural repairs covered. The crew was excellent and got it all done, including structural repairs, in the same day. Returned briefly next morning to finish chimney flashing. The team worked diligently from the start of the project to completion including during low temperatures and rainy weather. The team was on budget and on time and this was the best contractor experience we’ve ever had. A couple of additional notable examples of their work ethic and integrity is that when Josue found damage to a window that may have been inadvertently caused by a team member he pointed it out replaced the damaged and companion window to match at no additional cost. Another example is when the team constructed a new overhang and upon evaluation of the aesthetics by Josue, he had the team tear out and replace in a better design again at no additional cost or time. We really value our home’s new look and curb appeal and also the relationships we built with this great company. We will be working with them again on other home improvements in the future.“
