You won’t be disappointed at this salon. The customer service is superior, it’s clean, and a great deal.
The tall, blonde, young stylist always does a great job with my hair. It totally depends on your stylist - I've had some bad haircuts here, but overall, my experience has been positive and I know who to look for at this point.
My first experience with GreatClips was OK. I waited about 5 minutes. I actually phoned ahead to find out the charge for a haircut. I was told senior citizens haircut is $16. I told the hairdresser I also needed a shampoo. I actually paid $27 for a haircut and shampoo. Guess l will shampoo my hair myself next time.Great Clips followed up with me to call about any problems l experienced.
