Clean Air Company performed a fiber optic inspection down every heat/cooling vent in our house. Most of the ducts exhibited some buildup of mold in the ducts. Based on that inspection, Nathan of Clean Air Company developed a comprehensive plan to remediate the mold issues. Due to the age of the cpvc water piping in the house which had developed multiple leaks over the life of the home. It was decided to repipe the house as the first step in the remediation process. Jacob was super kind and professional, and more thorough than I even expected. We’ve been suffering with an awful dead animal smell for a few days that no one else could seem to locate. He came on short notice to look at our ducts but also looked at the crawlspace, and found a mouse nest where others hadn’t looked! Highly recommend Clear Air Co, and we will definitely use them again.
Our technicians Ken & Jacques were incredibly helpful, considerate and informative. Stayed longer than anticipated to cover additional issues in our historic home. Replaced a duct (ruined by pets) for a lower than market cost. Found small pieces of asbestos tape (!) we had no idea were in our crawl space - missed or ignored by dozens of servicemen prior. Explained how to mitigate minor mold around some vents. Never up-charged or pushed additional purchases. Highly recommend this company. World class experience start to finish.
