I've been a Brentwood Comfort Control customer for years. They have a remarkable job for us, including the installation of a new system a few years ago. They have been there for me for annual inspections as well as for those emergency situations. Their team is always friendly, courteous, and, above all, professional. They have never tried to sell an unnecessary service or "upgrade." I highly recommend Brentwood Comfort Air. You can depend on them.

My parents who are in their 80's lost their A/C a month or so ago. It was in the 90's and it was a Saturday, of course! I called Brentwood Comfort Control around 9:30 in the morning and they had a service technician there in an hour and a half. It needed a new board of some type and the owner of Brentwood Comfort Control tried to get to the supplier for a "universal board" before the supplier closed at 11:30. THAT'S going above and beyond! She called me to say that unfortunately, she didn't get there in time. I didn't even know. She was so concerned about my parents that she called to tell me so we could make other sleeping arrangements for them. Then first thing Monday morning Sharon called to tell me that the tech would be there by 11:00. Needless to say, my parents stayed with family, but I commend Sharon for her incredible service.
