Excellent service from the moment you arrive at the place, clean facilities, all the staff is very friendly and best of all the attention of Dr. Erick Hernandez, he is an excellent doctor.
Been with them since 2018. Always good care. The doctors are very understanding and help you in what your health need is. Very good care. They listen to you and don't judge always try to find a solution. Also Very good Nutritionist.
Maya, PA Campos and PA Staravoitava are wonderful. They go above and beyond for patients. They have my gratitude. The phone system the organization uses for contact with the office is atrocious! Using a central scheduling system and having no number for the individual offices is problematic. And the fact that both previous physicians quit and the organization did not replace either position at the concord office is also atrocious. Overworking good people is not healthy. And ascension management not addressing these obvious problems is concerning.
