As a geriatric consultant, end of life doula, former nonmedical home care company owner, and dementia specialist, I have had the pleasure of working with many agencies along the way that serve the 55+ population - that said, Arosa is the one and only one stop shop, to my knowledge. No need to transfer from nonmedical homecare to home health, med passes not allowed by some…Arosa literally does it all. They have nurses, can make care plans, pass meds,…and they are trustworthy and RELIABLE! That’s a unicorn in this industry! Highly recommend!!
Jenn Stoops!!!! She was my advocate assigned to me from Arosa!! I LOVE her!! At the beginning of our relationship we set goals and together we finished each one!!! She was there anytime I had a question. She was on every phone call I had listening to elevator music with me on three way!! If assigned to you just know if she doesn’t have the answer she will find it for you! No question or goal is left unanswered or ignored. LOVE HER
My husband received excellent care from Arosa caregivers for several years while his health declined with dementia.They were not just helpers for all of his needs, but were friends and companions. They helped to brighten his days and mine. They were professional and went beyond expectations.I couldn't have managed without them.
