One of their trucks was in front of my husband and I and our children when rocks came flying out and shattered our windshield. My husband called the company and spoke to Nathan and he said it wasn’t his problem. Is your problem when your employees are doing 90mph+ and a rock flies through my windshield and could have seriously injured my children!

I do not recommend this company. They are not timely with information and care little for customer request. They have the attitude of- " It's their way or the highway". I had asked that the retaining wall be built according to the manufacturer requirements. Jackson Jones Construction response was that they were not going to do it, meaning I should just hire someone else. The company is definitely not professional. One is left with the feeling that smaller job customers are more of a nuisance or distraction than a valuable addition for a growing business.
