From the first phone call I made to Julie until the completion of the work, everything was handled professionally and fairly.Phillip, the technician, was on time, very professional and completed the repairs on my house in an efficient manner for a reasonable cost. I called them for an issue I had with my water heater. This was on a holiday and the weather was horrible, it had snowed almost 5 inches so they were unable to get to me that day. I scheduled an appointment and then got a call back asking for more details. After providing more details and pictures, I got another call suggesting there might be a clog in a condensation line. I was able to locate the line with their help and clear it out restoring the water heater to normal operation.I was totally taken back by the customer service they had displayed, especially in this day and time.
