I recently used First Southern Restoration for a mold remediation problem at my daughter’s apartment. Tracy and his team were very responsive and professional. I would definitely recommend them and would used them again in the future. Very refreshing to deal with a caring and honest owner and company.
They did an excellent job with mold removal and replacing a wall and flooring. Tracy explains everything that is being done. Always on time and responsive to questions. My laundry room looks better than when I moved in.
Tracy and his team were extremely easy to work with. Tracy provides fantastic communication on scope of work as well as scheduling. I hired them to do a garage mold cleaning project and the work was very well done. Would definitely work with First Southern in the future and highly recommend them to others.
