A thorough, quality home inspection is CRITICAL for buyers. The home inspection is not for the seller's benefit. It is for the buyer to really understand the true condition of the home they are buying. Rise (David) was referred to us by our realtor and he was EXCELLENT.I joined David for the inspection (a must-do for buyers). If you want the best then you get the best and that would be David ! UNBELIEVABLE home inspector. Excellent at his craft. He went over every room with us step by step as what he found. Did not rush us one bit. Had the report to us by the end of day ! Again if you want someone who truly looks out for the best for his client that would be David !
