A family member recently had a terrible accident and was at the trauma center in Memphis. I had no way to be there since I'm out of state. Naturally Craft'd was recommended to me. When I placed my order, they were so friendly and helpful. I told them what I wanted and they did such a good job at completing the order. They even sent me a picture of what it looked like since I couldn't be there. Thank y'all so much. Very satisfied! My family loved the arrangement also!
