I bought a home in November 2023 and I used Marix Hughes as my real estate agent. I was referred to him by my boss, who also used him. She bragged on him, so I thought I'd give him a try. He was very kind and patient with me during the process! He even took me to one house twice even though I could not afford it. He also did research on the house and recommended that I not buy that particular one because of prior water damage. He was always there on time whenever I wanted to look at a house. Marix Hughes was amazing and so patient. If I could give 10 stars I would. He made the process of buying our 1st home very easy. Explaing every step, answering questions we had along the way and working with my husbands and my opposite work schedules. If you're looking for a great realtor Marix is the way to go.
