This evening, right at the time of closing, I had an issue and Tammy on the phone was able to get Michael on the phone just before he got home. Showed up on time and checked everything out thoroughly. He was also very friendly and personable. I've had other service techs in the past (not the Airmasters folks) who had a surly, almost antagonistic attitude. Not the case with the Airmasters people I have dealt with over the past few years. Noah was very helpful and answered all my questions. I subsequently had to call a plumber, but Noah showed me where he thought the problem in the pipe was located. That saved some time when the plumber arrived.
