In the new ‘normal’ of buying almost any product or service these days (i.e., zero real customer service), I have reluctantly ratcheted down my expectation when doing anything. When I called and made the appointment for service, it was quick and easy. The young lady I spoke with was very easy to talk to and didn’t start off with the attitude that they were doing ME a big favor. +1
After calling to let me know he was on the way and giving me an ETA, Corey arrived dead on time. Another +1

I recently had the pleasure of working Aplus Appliance Repair, and I couldn't be more impressed with the level of service they provided. From the moment I contacted them, their customer service was top notch- friendly , responsive, and willing to accommodate my schedule. Tommy the technician called me when he was on the way and showed up on time . He took time to explain the issue and was upfront with the repair and pricing .What stood out most was the technicians expertise and how quickly he diagnosed the problem. I washed a load of clothes, tossed it in the dryer, dryer said nope, not happening. Checked the breaker, checked the knobs for wear, so I figured the timer had quit. I googled how to remove it, got the part off with a minimum of cuss words, and brought it to your store. The lady at the register was so nice and helpful! Got the part at a reasonable price, easy peasy put back together, and my clothes are drying as I type this! Thank you!
