Well washing machine was leaking(GE). Called A Plus because of a referral. Was easy to set up appt over the phone. The Service Tech (Gerald) i think is what receipt shows. He was straight to the point. As soon as he looked at it he said “Uh Oh”. Well thats never good. Basically told me repair would be more than unit worth and would be better off purchasing a new unit! He recommended a SpeedQueen and a dealer to purchase from. So off we went and will have a new one coming shortly.
During the snow storm of 1/2025 our Frigidaire washer sounded like coins had got in the gears, so we shut it off and didn’t use it until Mr. Corey came to fix it. Corey removed the agitator and explained what his findings were, that the transmission might be in the process of going out. However I do have 30 days to call back if anything starts acting up again. Corey explained everything and sometimes it might be better to buy a new washer than to replace very expensive parts. I’m content with it. For now it’s draining and spinning. “5 Stars “
