I cant give any stars. Called for services 48hrs later no phone call back and no one showed up. Called them to inform them of this and was put on hold for 10min only to be transferred to somebody that didnt answer. Sooooo....Changed my review after a phone back from someone stating they dont do residential services. Might have been nice to know when I told the person that answered phone.

Randall was so wonderful with my 4 year old autistic son. The haircut only took about 10 mins and he was able to keep my son calm and happy the whole time. Despite the haircut being so quick, it was exactly what we asked for (high fade with enough length at top for a comb over) and looks awesome. Very clean and chill environment, will definitely recommend to anyone searching for a new barbershop!

Extraordinary service!!! The stylist and her assistant were so nice during my appointment. They were easy to reach before and during the process. My sew in is extremely secure and my hair is gorgeous. I have a fine hair texture and communicated this and they adjusted the amount of hair that was left out. This is a big deal being natural because sometimes the hair appears thicker than it really is so it felt good to have someone listen and take action. The service was top tier. I will definitely be going back soon. I purchased hair from another vendor because of availability which I do not recommend because all hair is not the same. I would recommend purchasing her hair if possible. I will on my next install.

I have been going to Son's for close to a year now. I wanted to wait before I reviewed just to see if this is the place for me. I saw many reviews talking about how the workers are not personable. I agree with that, but I can tell you what they are and why I keep going. For some, the nail shop is a place to relax, have a laugh, talk to the technician about the latest things happening, etc. For me, I am just looking to be serviced professionally, timely, and efficiently. When I go in I am always acknowledged and they are ready to provide me with my requested services. I mostly get my nails and feet done. I have had many shapes, designs, styles and more. Each time they deliver what I am looking for. I am always satisfied.

WAS AMAZING I came in with a messed up head the previous person who did my hair messed up I was suppose to get a natural peek of blonde in my hair that was yellowish and platinum blonde that was the absolute opposite from what I asked so I called Kim’s salon and said it was an emergency re hair due and she got me in quick fast and in a hurry after 5pm and fixed it right up for me and I am so satisfied with my hair color I love it so much she did such a great job within maybe an hour and charged me such a low price to help me out it was awesome definitely recommend her if someone screwed up ya hair she can fix it right up this is 5 star right here! Very happy with their customer service and work completed. They were very quick in scheduling the work to be done. The plumbers cleaned up after themselves to the point you couldn't even tell any work had been done. They also wore masks the entire time. I will be utilizing them for all of our plumbing or HVAC needs.

I have never been so pleased with a customer service experience I think ever in my life. I own a catering and retail company in Bartlett, Grecian Gourmet, and locked my keys in my truck with it running and multiple orders for delivery inside. I called them at 9:58 and they said they could have someone WALK AND BE HERE SOON. She got there within ten minutes of the call ending and I was in my car leaving by like 10:15. They were so fast and courteous. Hands down one of the best customer service experiences of my life, and I’ve been in the service industry for over a decade. They saved me from having to make some very unpleasant calls to clients !! I would have hugged her if I wasn’t sweating & smelled like food!!
Contractors often get bad rep, but these guys treat you like family. If you’re fortunate enough to work with them, consider yourself blessed! They are very experienced and can even handle design-builds to save you time and money. Do business with whenever you want, but know that none are on par with Wagner.

Great is not a good enough term to describe this company. I highly recommend One Stop termite & pest control. They are 1 of the best locally owned businesses, and very affordable, and extremely knowledgeable. We recently sold our home and moved into a rental home. Unfortunately, the rental had bugs, and spiders of all kinds lurking in it. Dan the owner was sent out by rental company to do the indoor and outdoor areas. We scheduled a time for him to come out. On day of service he called and said he could come earlier if I wanted him to, and of course I said YES! Dan showed up, he was very polite, professional and knowledgeable about what kind of bugs we had, he took his time, did the entire inside of house, garage and attic before he proceeded outside. Most extermination companies do half of the job he did, and charge way more to do it, and then when they do come to your house they are in and out in 5 minutes. Not Dan . . . He spent a minimum of an hour making sure he covered everything. We have used Cook's before, and I regret not finding this gem of a company sooner. Due to the incredible job Dan did, we have decided to become a regular customer. Thank you, Dan!

Only pediatric dentist my child has seen. As he gets older and more independent, the staff allow him to go back alone and don’t require as much information from me. They directly get information with him about how he takes care of his teeth. They are helping him build social skills while also demonstrating a lifetime general dental health routine.

Went to go and get my permanent crowns today but they had to send them back for correction. Staff is super nice just like Dr. Olson. When I tell you Dr. Olson came in and showed out on my temp crowns my God. They look just like my real teeth. I told her I could feel her heart through her work and she brought happy tears to my eyes. I will tell every know that is looking for a special and sweet person to be their dentist to come to Dr. Olson. God bless you all!!!!

Ive been going to this location for at least 7-8 years or more. Im sure all the staff are great but i always request Kim for all my visits unless i have to see someone else. Kims the bees knees! The doctor that does are inspection afterwards is so professional and pleasant too.
The staff was efficient in the process of the appointment sign in. Getting the x-rays, evaluation, and seeing the dentist was very methodical and each person was caring of the needs for comfort. They did not rush and took the time to explain each step of the process. So happy to be a patient with BDA!!!
I was pleasantly surprised by the whole experience. Dr. Lebel was so patient and kind. I brought my cat in because she had an infection in her right eye. She hates going to the vet and she hasn’t been in two years because she is so aggressive at the other vet I use when she has an appointment. Not only did he treat her eye, she was able to get her vaccinations too without having to be sedated. Dr. Lebel even gave me his cell number in the event of an emergency, he would be willing to come in after hours to see my cat. The front desk staff and every person I encountered that worked there was so friendly. I will definitely be taking her back for annual visits.

In this day and age of booked and busy. I called Ms. Stacey frantic after a place told me to get online and book. I googled again saw glow up and called. We had. Bad connection. She called back 2x. Made my appt for me at next available. Once booked she answered all random text with my weird post op worries! Got to her place she was ready kind and even reffered me to SNATCHEDBAE for a custom fitted faja. Im not from the M; and she gave me southern hospitality motivation and post op tips to reassure me my recovery was processing healthily.

Christin is a skilled, kind, and intuitive massage therapist. I had my first Swedish massage with her on Sunday and it was so relaxing and lovely. She ended the massage with a Tibetan singing bowl on my back and the vibrations were so soothing. And I could feel my entire body relax into the table. Highly recommend Christin's massages!
