Randall made sure to answer all of our very MANY questions, stayed in contact with us throughout the entire process, he explained everything to us perfectly , walked us through exactly what we should expect , and it turned out great. I wasn’t there durning the install, but when I got home I couldn’t even tell they had been there ( other than the dump trailer ). The install crew did not leave anything behind, they cleaned up after themselves, they did not drive in the yard. I was very weary of having our roof replaced because of all the horror stories that you hear, but they honestly did a great job. We have zero complaints. Summit has some of the best customer service Ive run across in a while. Needed to get a new roof put on my house. Reached out to them and got a call back from Blaine who came out gave multiple quotes for different options. Submitted to my insurance was approved and within a week we where scheduled to have a new roof installed. Roofers came out did an amazing job with the roof and clean up. Everythibg was completed in a day. Will definitly be recommending Summit to anyone who needs work. Amazing job Summit.

Blane came out for the initial inspection and after giving me a great deal, went ahead and handled the roof repair right then and there!
I wasn’t expecting same day repair so for that I am grateful and recommend Summit Roofing & Restoration to anybody needing repair/replacements.
