Steve Heathman was our Realtor for a home purchase. He did everything we asked him to do. We called Steve on Saturday Dec 29th about showing a house he had listed. He notified us we needed a pre-approved home loan letter before a showing (seller requirement). I did that on a Saturday and we saw the home December 31st. We made an offer and went back to Hometown Realty to sign a purchase contract. We left and went to lunch and Steve called before I got my first bite to notify us the Seller had accepted our offer. We closed February 1st. Steve took care of everything he was supposed to do and notified us of any tasks, issues, problems that needed to be done. Steve was great. I would recommend him to anyone.
