A friend of ours recommended Annette to us when we began searching for a home. She was absolutely phenomenal to work with. Annette was extremely knowledgeable, responsive, and available whenever we needed. She is also so fun and caring and definitely made the buying process seamless!!
Jule Dunham!! She has a background in home renovation and pointed out details like solid-wood cabinets, original flooring, and subpar siding work that, as a first-time home buyer, I would have missed. She was calling up selling agents on the 4th of July to schedule home viewings and she was very accommodating to my 12-hr work schedule. She went above and beyond to make sure the home I purchased was perfect and fought tooth and nail to make sure the seller not only fixed the issues they agreed to fix, but that they did a good job of it. She is very honest and ethical and won't let anyone in the business take advantage of her clients!
We moved here from out of state and we could not be more pleased with any other realtor. Ken Harris has been stellar to work with he went out of his way to accommodate our home shopping needs. In just a few days we looked at about 25 houses we picked out and he scheduled all the showings one after another. He even took the time to plan for lunches. We felt like family right from the beginning!!!!!!
