Taylor is kind, professional and courteous. I really appreciated the way he answered all my questions by explaining things in a way I could understand. He was patient with me and showed me how the settings on my system affect its efficiency and how I can get it to work even better. The questions I had were answered with clear explanations of different products and services that could help the system last longer and perform even better, and I now have a much clearer understanding of what our service contract covers, just in case. Hello, the representative Taylor Aday was very nice, friendly, and professional. Our air had been out since Tuesday August 27th. Filed a caim with our warranty company and they couldn't find anyone to send out, so on Friday August 30th they said I could find someone to come out. On Saturday August 31 called Aire Serv and they made appointment for same day. Usually it would take about 3 - 4 days before someone could come out to check the air. Great company.
