I have went to most veterinary clinics in McMinn county for my little ones. This is by far the best one I've seen so far. I had an emergency situation occur with Lacy. He took my Lil Lacy in when other clinics kept trying to setup an appointment even though I was explaining that it was an emergency that she wouldn't live that long. His office had me bring her immediately and after he checked her, she was rushed for emergency surgery. He did everything possible to try and save my little Lacy but she never awoke from the surgery. I cannot say enough about how amazing, caring, and understanding everyone in the office is. I walked in today at my wits end after going to several vets over a few weeks who didn't help. I knew Bella was on the brink of death even though other vets had acted like it was no big deal. They worked her in and are doing surgery right now, after hours, to save her life. Regardless of the outcome, which I desperately hope will be a good one, I will be forever grateful to them. Thank you so much.

Dr. Offutt and his staff have the best vet clinics I have brought my pets to, in Tennessee! Thank you for your knowledge, caring and affordable visits. Dr. Offutt takes the time to discuss what is going on with your pet. In my 60 plus years of owning dogs and cats, Dr. Offutt is only the third vet I have encountered that shows compassion toward "your" animal. Thanks Doc and staff! A true Family Affair!
