Been in business since 1992. This is the only negative review i have recieved to my knowledge. The customer stated they had called me before they contacted another service person. A check of incoming calls to my business showed the only call from the customer phone number was the original call for service. I felt the customer was attempting to scan me. If the customer was not satisfied with my service and had contact me, i would have returned to find what the problem was without extra charge.
