Fast pace is definitely a place to go after hours or actually anytime. The Receptionist was very polite and helpful. The Doctor was right on what he was doing. I would definitely go back to them. The service was very fast for what I needed taking care of. I want to thank the staff for being great also.
My Dr was not able to see me today (no openings) so they suggested I go to an Urgent Care. I remembered Fast Pace because of all of the trips to Dairy Queen this past summer (😆🍦). I was greeted with smiling faces and was instructed to do the check-in process on my phone. The process was quick and easy (so much quicker than the 6 page packet they give you at your Dr office, front & back 🤣). I was greeted by a nice nurse within 20 minutes of arrival. She was friendly and professional. The Dr entered within 10 minutes (wait, what??? Only 10 minutes???!). He was kind and professional. He offered some solutions and I was guided to the front desk for check-out. The entire process was smooth. I will not hesitate to go back the next time I am under the weather. Thank you Fast Pace. Waking up on Christmas Eve or any holiday with a sick child isn't pleasant. Of course, her regular doctor's office was closed. I called Fast Pace and was thankful that they were open. We got right on and they tested for COVID, flu and strep. Once they knew what the problem was, they explained everything and sent in her prescriptions. it was fast and efficient and friendly. I'm sure no one likes to work holidays, but I'm so happy they are there. Everyone was so nice too, from the receptionist to the doctor. I definitely would recommend Fast Pace.
