Christy & MLD have been a life changer for me when my Dr was no help! I had been suffering for several months (years actually but the last months were unbearable) with zero help from any dr that I had seen. I knew that I had lymphedema in my abdomen from a CT scan, but my dr said it and left the subject in the same breath. My symptoms weren’t just in my stomach though; they were body wide. Yoga and the lymphatic drainage massage have been part of my health journey now for the past year and very beneficial. They have been life changing in feeling better and removing fluid. I didn’t even realize I had swelling until after my MLD massage and what a difference it makes. I can tell I need one usually after a few weeks. My swelling has went down and over all health improvement has been very noticeable. I’m very thankful for this place and glad I gave it a try! It’s now part of my routine.
Christy provides an excellent and very relaxing manual lymphatic drainage massage. I have had 2 and will make it a regular treat for myself. So important to get your lymphatic fluid moving!
