Robert Burgess did well over $30000 of work on our home.At times we even had to go pick up his workers so there would be no interruption in the work.We purchased a brand new custom window which his workers broke while trying to install it, Rob didn't offer to pay.We had to buy another one.Robert took a 28' high wall and windows out of our house because it was rotten,when his work was finished, we informed him that the windows were leaking, Indeed far worse than they were before which caused the problem to begin with.For 2 1/2 years we have asked him to come back.He has refused to come back and make good on his work.Finally it was so bad that it was literally... read full review

Sadly, Rob Burgess has earned our ire. We spent over $30,000 to have some repairs made to our home. The work involved the demolition a 2 story windowed wall and the subsequent rebuilding of it. As soon as the work was completed, the windows leaked. One of the expensive insulated windows which we bought, was broken by his crew as they tried to install it. We had to pay for another window as he would not foot the bill. We have tried several times over three years, with no luck, to get him to honor his warranty. The leaks have become so bad that we have had to employ another contractor to repair Burgess' work. We still have to repaint the internal wall. Another part... read full review
