“Removed two trees and ground down the stumps. First off...the only contractor to actually return my request for an estimate. Then Dever and crew showed up as scheduled. One of the trees was particularly challenging to take down but MiG took the time to read the tree and took it down without damage to fence or property. Cleaned up the yard beautifully. Great work, great guys. Highly recommend.“

Although the services provided were satisfactory, I was mildly dissatisfied with the cost of materials used and the lack of customer service and poor communication. Despite this, I appreciate their promptness and the ability to get the task done. My experience with Franklin Tree Service Experts was short but filled with appreciation and mild comments on customer service. I would recommend them for their services but I will stress on the need for better communication and customer service.“
