I was suffering for a long time with pain in my hands, hand weakness, tingling and numbness. I also had a major pain on left side of my neck that I blamed on always being on my phone with my head bent over half the time which I'm sure had its part to play. My PCP believed it was carpal tunnel in my hands and I didn't want to have surgery so I just dealt with it. After dealing with these issues for a while, I started having pain in my toes. I could not be more please. I was dealing with numbness, pain, and muscle weakness for many years in my neck and lumbar. I finally made myself go to a chiropractor. I found out that I have had 2 pinch nerves the whole time causes all these symptoms.
