He diagnosed the problem in no time and checked out the remaining components to make sure everything else was working as it should. Unfortunately, he did not have the part we needed with him, but found a supplier nearby, went to pick up the part, came back in a matter of minutes, and now we are back up and running.Maurice was a pleasure to talk to as well. He is very personable and just an all around great guy. Great customer service all the way from scheduling the appointment to the repair itself.I'm hopeful I don't need any major appliance repairs anytime soon, but if I do, I can assure you I will be calling Maurice and the folks at Chris Appliance.“
