In the 80s in Long Beach, CA I studied Kenpo Karate up to Green Belt Level on my way to Brown and then life got in the way. 36 years later when I was turning 65 years old, I decided that I was either going to sit in a chair and become way overweight or I was going to get up and move and get in shape and live the last part of my life with a quality of life that I was starting to lose. I had the pleasure of training at this amazing karate center. Even thought it has been a good 10years ago., the lessons I learned will never fade. It was an experience of a life time. Sensei O’riley has been one of the best teachers. Yes you learn to fight and defend yourself, but you also learn discipline , responsibility, hard work ethic, you learn to be strong from the inside. and out. If I was still in Nashville, I would have my kids attend this karate center. You will not regret it.
