My daughter started training here in March 2021 and it was one of the best decisions we’ve ever made. Karate has helped her focus and she has gained lots of confidence. Sensei teaches respect and gives great life advice. He is a wonderful role model and just an overall genuine man that cares about each and every one of his students. He even remembers the small details. We’re grateful for our karate family! Thank you for making such a huge impact in my daughter’s life!

I have been training for about 10 years and I’m in the best shape physically, mentally & spiritually in my life. Sensei O’Riley is the best teacher in the country by far. I’m 63 years old and look forward to training every day.

Sensei O'Riley is a great teacher. He teaches traditional karate as well as life lessons. Everyone will learn from his lessons.

From O'Riley Karate Centers

We are a classical Japanese Karate system. Our dojo is certified through the Wado Ryu Karate do Renmei in Tokyo Japan. We are certified by the US Eastern Wado Karate Federation. Our instructors are taught by Sensei O'Riley himself from beginning through all levels of Black Belt. Our Sensei/chief instructor is Steven O'Riley. Sensei is a certified 7th degree Black Belt with teaching certifications from Japan. We have been open since 1994 and teaching since 1988. We have locations in Antioch/Nashville and Smyrna, Tn. Our system combines Atemi Kenpo, Okinawan Karate, and Shindo-Yoshin Ryu Jiujitsu. Our techniques are ancient and combat proven for the best defense possible... We believe the mind is 1st, the body and spirit will follow...
