I submitted a service request at 10:30pm on a Thursday and received a call back in 10 minutes. Richard was so polite and kind on the phone. He got me in touch with the Nashville office. The girl at the Nashville office (I'm so sorry I forgot your name, but you were also wonderful and informative and compassionate) called me about 10 minutes after I got off the phone with Richard. She answered my questions about receiving an estimate, financial planning, and when the service would take place. Aftermath works quickly and seamlessly! They scheduled me for the estimate and service Saturday morning, one business day after putting in the request. Saturday morning, Elizabeth and Shannon were on time and truly wonderful! I cannot emphasize just how great these ladies are! They care about the deceased and the well-being of the family and do what they can to keep the process simple and keep the family at ease. They took a look at the area that needed work, drafted up the estimate, and got to work immediately. Elizabeth and Shannon communicated clearly the plan of action and any road blocks they think might come up and the solution if an issue did arise. It was a small area so they were done within a couple of hours. If you need a biohazard cleanup crew, this is the team.“

“When you have a new puppy, you have potty training issues. However, I didn't expect Adira, our new English pointer mix pup to whiz on our loveseat!! It's a nice microsuede loveseat I bought almost 5 yrs ago from Rooms-to-Go and I happen to love it! So what do you? I hit up Thumbtack and took a look at local services available, got a few quotes, and found Darren's company - Spring Clean Cleaning Services. Stellar reviews on Thumbtack, but when in doubt, cross referencing with Yelp helps. I found that one review existed here with a high rating, but the data for his firm was waaay out of date here. I took the chance and brought Darren in. I am happy to say, I am glad I did!! Darren is a consummate professional and very thorough! He cleaned the loveseat beautifully and allowed me to inspect it more than once to ensure the pet problem was optimally corrected. He is very careful about the loveseat's material construction and treated my furniture with care! I would recommend him to anyone who needs a good extraction cleaning! And the loveseat? Smells and looks better than ever!! Thanks a million to Darren!! Oh and btw, I sent the updated info for Darren's company in. He also gives military discount!!“
