I was given a days notice of my treatment. I would prefer a little more advanced notice so I can mow, pick up sticks etc.? They have a mobile app to show where the truck is but that doesn’t tell me the time of arrival just a 4 hour window. It would help to narrow it down so I can put my dog up. This is my first year with TruGreen so the jury is still out. They have areas of improvement. I need time to see how effective their treatments are. I know I just talked to them about not throwing grass seeds in my flower beds this past fall and to use a drop spreader because now all the grass is coming up in my beds and I’ll be picking it out by hand because they said chemicals...read full review

Alisha does a tremendous job. She knows trees and shrubs! She recognizes disease or insect damage and explains it to the customer. She has a great personality and takes all the time required to insure the job is done correctly. I appreciate her concern and dedication to service.
