Jack Raby Optical is an ABSOLUTELY PHENOMENAL business. They have consistently offered superior service and incredible glasses. I recently bought new glasses, and they were able to find the paper records of the same frames I had ordered eight years prior. The have some of the best customer service I have ever encountered in any business, period. When there was a barely noticeable flaw in my frames, they contacted the manufacturer and replaced the whole set of frames at no cost to myself. The employees are always happy to help in any way possible, from general questions to periodic frame adjustment; they are all extremely knowledgeable in their field. I highly recommend Jack Raby Optical. Jenn assisted me with my new glasses. She got me into my new glasses and was a wonderful help in answering any questions. I am very happy with my glasses. When you stop in ask for Jenn she is very friendly and is great to work with.

I will never buy glasses from another place. The staff are super friendly and easy to work with. Even if you aren't a customer, but you need your glasses adjusted or need a quick fix, they will help you. Just an all around great place!
