Had my 2nd Deep Tissue massage with Lach today and it was amazing! I am gonna be sore but it was exactly what I needed. I am sure the purely relaxing massages are great but I tend to love the more therapeutic focused work to help me improve mobility and stay healthy with all of the other things I do to my body in life.
I've been going to Pure Massage periodically for almost three years and have had great experiences with all the therapists, however, I want to mention a newcomer to the massage team, June, who is a muscular skeletal and physiological artist when it comes to understanding muscle tissue, joint pain and IT band therapy. For sixty minutes, she employed a variety of techniques with her skilled hands to ease my muscle tension, decreased my stress levels while creating a state of relaxation I can't ever recall having previously. I had a deep tissue massage with Jennifer this afternoon, and she was excellent! Her technique was both precise and effective, addressing all my problem areas with just the right amount of pressure. Jennifer’s professionalism and attentiveness made the whole experience incredibly relaxing. I left feeling rejuvenated and significantly less tense. I will definitely schedule future appointments with her and highly recommend her services to anyone in need of a quality massage.
