“After moving to the Greeneville area, I reached out to Rocky Top Veterinary Hospital (RTVH) to establish care for our cats. About two weeks ago, one of our cats became ill—he wasn’t eating and wasn’t acting like himself. I called RTVH to have him seen and also scheduled routine exams for our other pets. From the moment we arrived, Liz and Dr. Nix were wonderful.

Unfortunately, we made the difficult decision to put our cat down to end his suffering. Throughout the entire process, the care and compassion they showed both to our pets and to us, especially during such a hard time, were remarkable. They handled everything with professionalism and kindness.

Even though our first experience with RTVH was during a challenging time, I highly recommend their services. They made us feel supported and genuinely cared for our pets' and our well-being.“

They also were willing to clip her nails for me... when I picked her up, she was happy and not stressed... she even smelled good without having a bath.
