The installer (Andrew) did a spectacular job even on the stairs which were going to be a problem as they were carpeted and the original builders didn't spend much effort in finishing. Jaynes and Andrew exceeded our expectations and have provided our home with floors that look fantastic, are easy to keep clean and should last for as long as we own this home! Andrew was exceptional as he cleaned up everyday and took care to never leave a door open as we have an indoor only cat. Andrew also took great care while moving our furniture.
