Kiddy fixed up my crawlspace on my new house. Cleaned out all the old duct work and debris; soda blasted to remove mold and fungus; installed a drain system, sump pump, and dehumidifier; encapsulated the whole area; removed and reinstalled the piers under the house - the whole nine yards! In short: They're honest, they do *excellent* work, they do it when they say they will, they stand behind their work, and they do it for how much they said they will - and that amount is very fair. Those things alone are hard to find in this day and age, and make this company the gold standard among contractors.
