I must admit I am really claustrophobic and going to the dentist has never been a great time for me but coming here has been such a better experience for me as the hygienist and Dentist always read their notes and actually try to make you feel more comfortable. So one thing for me is laying all the way back. I always feel too trapped in this position and they have note of that I do not like it and respect it every time. I would 10/10 recommend this office! And side bonus the staff in the front are great!

I had Quality put our water heater in about 5 years ago, we received excellent service then. The excellent service was provided again today as our water heater started leaking mid afternoon. I called them up and in a matter of minutes on the phone, they determined which water heater was required and checked their stock and were on route to install. The installation was quick and professional and all was done in a very neat manner. Definitely top notch team!!

Called in early morning on a weekend as our ACU stopped working. Ryan sent a guy within few minutes to have it checked. He did a temporary fix last summer to save me some money but now he advised to have the unit replaced. I was worried about costing so he offered me payment arrangements. Ideal plumbing really helped me out in time or chaos with a leak from water heater that flooded my basement. We recently had a great experience at Root. The staff are friendly and very skilled. The atmosphere is fabulous and we’ll definitely be back. Huge thanks in particular to Jaelyn who did my daughter’s recent haircut where she donated over 11 inches of her hair to charity. Jaelyn took her time to ensure the donation was spot on and then made my daughter feel like a princess with a wash and blow dry afterwards.

We hired Rick and his team to build our kitchen, living room built in’s, bathroom custom vanity / laundry and our mudroom. The entire process was so refreshing to work with his team (compared to other trades in and out of our home after losing it to smoke damage). The 3D drawings Rick puts together before the build starts, along with a slough of recommendations and kitchen storage ideas, was so much fun. Dayna was very hands on and understood the style I was looking for in our home. Paul was such a pleasure to be around while he completed install from start to finish. There was a small hiccup along the way and they were quick to fix it and make it right. We are very satisfied and would recommend Rick’s Custom Cabinets to anyone looking for quality, custom built products.

Awesome place, was visiting from Alberta, and was told this place was the best. Stopped in and they were super fast and really friendly. They offered really good things like free oil top ups etc. If I lived here I'd definitely come back and be a regular.

Came here with my Peterbilt 579 and trailer attached but they are not officially suited for big semi trucks but for got it to work to park in front of the shop and the staff is super amazing and help full and the mechanic is very skilled and fixed my Rockchip in speedy time!!!

One issue with an item that was out of stock but Roberta contacted me and worked with me to figure out an alternate, she was awesome to deal with.
